In the Executive Meeting of the AFE-ADB India Chapter held in February, 2014 it was decided that the 21st AFE-ADB India Chapter Annual Meeting will be held in Bhopal from September 25 to 28, 2014 in Bhopal. Shri Ajay Narh, Additional Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradsh Government, who is also a member of the chapter has taken the initiative to help organize this meeting.
In consultation with him we have prepared a program which is attached for India Chapter members' information and comments. . We are indebted to Shri Ajay Nath for coming forward to help us. He has given his input in finalizing this program.
I seek the response and confirmation of India Chapter members regarding their participation in this meeting in Bhopal as soon as possible so that we can work out the logistics in advance.
The pre and post meeting tours are a combination of visit to historical, cultural as well as religious sights. The Ujjain trip is optional. Depending on the members' interest we may consider a halt for the night in Ujjain to enable us to visit the temples early in the morning to attend the puja functions. .
